I thought TriCams was good (especially with the free $10 offer!) but to be honest there are way more girls on StreamMate, especially if you're looking for Latinas only. It's easier to use and I plan to visit it at least once a day in 2008, assuming I manage my other new year's resolution, which is winning something on the lottery!
If not, I'll just have to settle for once a week because I do tend to get carried away on there if there are loads of hot Spanish girls. You can't visit them all, can you? Although it's definitely fun to try.

I agree with ErikDean that Peekshows is really good quality but there usually aren't any Latinas on there so it isn't somewhere I normally bother with!
StreamMate is top quality, I have no complaints at all about it. And the free chat is brilliant too. On some cam sites, you can't actually chat in the free chat, just watch; instead you have to go into private. But on streamate it's good and really easy to use.
CamContacts in the monster of cam sites - there are tens of thousands of girls and I usually take hours deciding which of them to visit!
