The site is pretty easy to navigate. You can choose girls by category (lesbian, girl alone, hair colour, nationality, breast size etc) or just browse in general but annoyingly when you click on one category you get loads of girls who are not in that category. There were 14 Hispanic girls listed but when I clicked on “Hispanic” I got those 14 mixed in with about 50 non-Latinas and even a couple of hombres! Another annoying thing is that under each girl's photo is a link to her bio (white text on blue) then under that is says whether she is available for nude chat or free chat but the text is white and the background is yellow so you have to really squint to make out what is going on!
There is audio if you want it with plenty of the girls and video streaming is great quality like on Peekshows or AmsterdamliveXXX with the odd exception.
Fan clubs and ratings
The girls have fan clubs you can join and detailed bios. If you join the fan club, you pay a monthly fee but get to watch the girl's prerecorded videos for free as often as you like. Joining a fan club costs $14.95 for the first month then $9.95 a month after that. If you are not in a fan club and not a premier member, it costs credits to watch the girls' videos (but you can't find out how much until you buy credits, else you just get taken to the “buy credit now” page!)
There are member ratings in the bios which are handy and tell you, out of ten, how the girl looks and how her show is, whether the member would come back and an overall rating.
How much is it?
You can buy $25, $40, $50, $80 or $100 worth of credits using your credit card. If you buy $100 at once, you get to see 10 minutes of any prerecorded show for free. The girls set there own prices apparently. Sometimes when you are chatting to someone, a box flashes up saying “nude chat will cost $1.99 a minute, click OK to continue” even when I haven't requested it! A technical hitch perhaps but at least I have some idea of how much things cost now. You can't usually get pricing information unless you have already bought credits! $1.99 is good value (if that is the average cumtv rate) and compares to LiveJasmin or SpreadForU for example. You can get even cheaper per minute rates at AsianBabeCam but for a few cents difference cumtv has superior video and audio capabilities. You can choose premier membership for $19.90 for a month or $39.90 for 3 months. This means you get a 10% discount off live video and 20% discount off fan club videos.

I noticed in the drop down category list that you can choose to view shows under $2.99 a minute, shows which are $3.99 a minute, ones of $4.99 a minute and shows which are over $4.99 a minute (those ones must be good!)

Overall
I like cumtv for more reasons than not, the best ones being the quality of girls. There is a lot of choice and both audio and video quality are top notch.
